Kim Grigor

Clinical Director /

Specialist Occupational Therapist

In 2010, Kim graduated from Robert Gordon University with a BSc in Occupational Therapy. Over the past decade, she has gained extensive experience across a wide range of clinical areas, including acute stroke care, elderly rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, respiratory services, and the high dependency unit. This diverse background has provided her with a strong understanding of how physical and mental health are closely connected.

Guided by a longstanding passion for supporting emotional wellbeing, Kim later transitioned from physical health into the fields of learning disabilities and mental health forensics. For the past eight years, she has been dedicated to adult mental health occupational therapy, where she helps individuals improve daily functioning, build resilience, and enhance overall quality of life.

Kim now specialises in perinatal mental health occupational therapy, supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood. She combines compassion with evidence-based strategies to help clients restore balance, manage anxiety, and adapt to life’s changing demands.

Lynne Ferguson-Jones

Clinical Director /

Specialist Occupational Therapist

In 2018, Lynne completed her MSc in Occupational Therapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. She began her career within social care, supporting adults to regain independence and improve quality of life following illness or injury. Through home assessments, equipment recommendations, and environmental adaptations, Lynne helped individuals recover safely and confidently in their own homes.

Having always had a strong interest in mental health and wellbeing, Lynne transitioned into mental health occupational therapy, where she has worked for the past seven years. Her focus is on helping adults manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and burnout, enabling them to enhance daily functioning, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.

Lynne also has specialist experience in vocational rehabilitation, supporting clients to return to work, develop healthy routines, and re-engage with meaningful activities that promote balance and purpose in life.
