Our focus is on understanding how a person's health, mental health, neurodivergence, cognition, fatigue and wider circumstances affect their ability to manage everyday activities, roles and work.
We provide clear functional analysis, practical recommendations and goal-focused intervention that can sit within the client's wider rehabilitation programme.
Remote assessment and intervention available UK-wide. Face-to-face services are available in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, with wider travel considered by arrangement.

Assessment may include standardised occupational therapy tools were clinically appropriate.

What Happens When You Refer?
Step 1 - Referral & Referral Questions
Send us the referral information and the specific questions you would like the occupational therapy assessment to address.
Step 2 - Review
We review the referral and confirm whether we are appropriately placed to provide the requested assessment of intervention.
Step 3 - Consent & Information Gathering
Following acceptance, appropriate consent is obtained and relevant background information is reviewed.
Step 4 - Occupational Therapy Assessment
Assessment is completed remotely of face-to-face according to the client's needs and the agreed instruction.
Step 5 - Report and Recommendations
Where commissioned, a written report addresses the agreed referral questions and provides clear recommendations.
Step 6 - Intervention
Where further occupational therapy is indicated, proposed intervention is agreed with the case manager before treatment begins.
Step 7 - Review and Outcomes
Progress is reviewed against agreed goals and further recommendations are provided where required.

Functional Occupational Therapy Assessment
From 495
Comprehensive assessment of occupational performance, functional ability, barriers, strengths and rehabilitation needs, with practical recommendations and written reporting according to the agreed referral questions.
Vocational Rehabilitation Assessment
From £650
For clients where health or functioning is affecting return to work, work participation or sustainable employment.
Occupational Therapy Intervention
From £175 per session
Where further occupational therapy intervention is recommended following assessment.
Ongoing Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation
Individual Quotation
The scope and cost of further intervention are agreed with the instructing case manager following assessment and before treatment begins.
Fees may vary where a referral requires extended assessment, additional liaison, complex documentation, workplace assessment or travel. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before work is undertaken.
Travel & Additional Costs
For face-to-face appointments requiring travel:
Mileage: 45p per mile
Travel Time: £50 per hour
Any expected travel costs will be discussed and agreed with the instructing organisation before the appointment is arranged.
Invoicing & Payment
Fees and the scope of authorised work are agreed before assessment or intervention begins.
Invoices can be issued directly to the instructing case management organisation, rehabilitation provider or other agreed funder.
Any additional work outside the original instruction will be discussed before it is undertaken.
